Sir,

I am pleased to report that this planet 'Earth' hosts a suitable atmosphere for its proximity to its sun. This distance should also assist in testing the light-absorbing and retransmission capabilities of the prototype suit. Initial test results are quite satisfying.

In order to cloak the origins of the suit technology, I have registered myself as a crimefighter in Paragon City with the moniker 'Astrolux'. I thought it apt. This registered status should provide many opportunities to test the offensive capabilities of the suit. I will transmit updates whenever possible.
