Character Bio

Darqad is an enforcer of law in another dimension where he acts as judge, jury and executioner wearing the skins containing the souls of those judged and sentenced by him to give him more power to enforce the laws. He found himself in this new world after facing an opponent he had underestimated.
Since coming here he has adapted to the laws of this world and its judicial system and finds that he still grows in power when he vanquishes a foe. How this is he does not know, but it is something he has taken to pondering of late.
