Hero Corps. File 2003445-223: Stealth Avenger
After years of training under a top japanese martial artist, Stealth's hidden mutation had become active giving him super reflexes. After his training, he was working briefly as a mercenary. It is believed that during a mission he lost his right eye and then had a special cybernetic eye implanted that futher increased his fighting compatibility. After 3 years as a mercenary, Stealth moved to Paragon City and started a new career as a hero. He now uses his abilities to to fight crime and stop those who theaten Paragon City. It's been noted that Stealth Avenger has the capacity to break the phsyical limits of any normal mutant and activate what is only known as 'hyper mode'. *the rest of the file seems to be missing*
