Character Bio

Rebecca Munroe is always held up by Propagandists as the perfect example of how TPN works for the betterment of the Empire.  She was TPN's primary meterologist until she was sent to do a special report on the activation of Praetor Berry's new weather control system.

What exactly occurred isn't entirely clear, but it is known that the unveiling did NOT go as planned and soon after she began exhibiting control over localized weather patterns.  The Powers Divsion sent her their "invitation" to join their forces to great fanfare, and Emperor Cole himself gave a grand speech about the elements of Praetoria working together in harmony at her induction.

Oh, if only they knew....
