Born and raised in the Rogue Isles, by the age of ten Jack was living on the streets, but his sharp wits and ruthless will soon found a way out of that dead end.

As the Rogue Isles became an increasingly political entity under the auspicies of Arachnos, the movement of goods became more problematic. With Arachnos controlling all trade, a market soon grew for smuggling, not only past the smugly self-righteous heroes of Paragon City but past the watchful eyes of Arachnos as well.

Gathering a circle of tough, capable men of the streets around him, Jack proved himself on a series of daring raids against police, heroes and various factions within Arachnos, A survivor by nature, he's flourished within the fractious politics of Arachnos - and after over ten years at this game, everyone knows that if you need something fast, quiet and guaranteed, you call on Bootleg Jack.
