Character Bio

La Republica de San Esteban is home to one of the most corrupt governments in the world. Even the "superheroes" will harass civilians to score bribes. If you're not rich or in the police, you learn to trust no one. Lucia Velasquez at least could defend herself with the energy fields she could produce, but a smart person hides that as well.

If a human smuggling ring, supported by a member of the government, hadn't led to the death of her sister and her family, Lucia may never have left. But she tracked down the whole ring, all the way to a sweatshop in America and left devastation in her wake. Some of the workers who survived the wreckage referred to her only as "La Furia del Diablo", others as "La Furia de Dios." But either way, the deaths and damage ended her up in the Zig, even if some considered what she did a service. There she saw more corruption through her fellow inmates and learned NO organization could be trusted and she was going to ensure the destruction of them all.
