Charlie Taylor rode the pine for the Minnesota Vikings for the better part of half a decade, but was finally released. Charlie headed into a downward spiral of unemployment and booze...until the day he ran into Dr. Hermonius Brinkman. From his seemingly bottomless supply of mad scientist potions, Dr. Brinkman gifted upon Charlie Formula R-37, turning Charlie into a powerhouse and giving him the opportunity to be what he always wanted...a super-star! Charlie now prowls Paragon City looking for justice to dispense...as well as noteriety and endorsment contracts.
