Character Bio

Natalia Alexandrova Ryuushin had been conscripted by the KGB early in her life. Used in experiments in the "White Door Room" of the Special Metahuman Affairs Executry, she eventually became the border guards agent known as Krasnytigr, or "Red Tiger." Her specialty was the pursuit and "apprehension" of metahumans attempting to defect. However, as she grew older she became unimpressed with the way Communism had managed the country, and while not comfortable with capitalism she decided that the West actually might learn from it's mistakes. She defected, and learned, much to her chagrin, that the CIA was about the same as the KGB. The end of the Rikti War saw her emerge from Langley a changed woman, not more cynical but certainly less trusting. She made her way to Paragon City, seeking to rekindle the one thing that both Communism and the West had tried to strangle: Hope.
