Character Bio
It's impossible to tell how the ninja assassin known as "Nekodoka" ("Practitioner of the Way of the Cat") came to be. Other than her feral appearance she seems to have no actual feline DNA though she certainly acts feline... which includes being easily distracted (making her one of the least sought-after catgirl ninja assassins in Paragon City.)
