Character Bio

Franz Kappelmeister was an up and coming symphonic singer specializing in the works of his hero Ludwig van Beethoven. Then tragedy struck.
On the way home one night he was assaulted and left for dead in an alley behind his performance hall. When he woke in the hospital he found that his vocal chords had been damaged beyond any hope of saving.
The attending physician was a fan of his, however, and offered to implant a sonic technology that a friend of his had been developing. He agreed hoping that he might still be of some use in the symphonies.
What he was unaware of, as was the doctor, was that the technology being developed was intended to be used as a weapon. After the surgeries to install the technology they discovered that he could project sonic energy to both damage and protect others.
