"He's a tough old boy is our Billy" said his chav tastic scally of a mother to her friend after dropping the baby onto his head for the 5th time that day. Little did the daft cow know that rocks we're being inbedded into little Billy's skull. As Billy grew up the affects of this were becoming apparent. Low intelligence, ugly face, a speech problem oh and growths of solid rock... Blinky as he called himself, mainly due to the fact he couldnt say Billy, was recruited by the Handprints after giving Jacko and a few other senior Handies a bloody good kicking.
