Character Bio

Franklin Hendricks was born to one of the wealthier families in Paragon City, having gone to the same private schools as Justin Sinclair, competing with him in archery throughout. When they finished school Justin went his way and Frank went into competetive archery eventually reaching a level where he felt he no longer should compete and started looking for what he should do next.
When he first heard about the new Manticore, Frank thought nothing of him until he saw raw footage of him in action and recognized Justin's particular style. Seeking to compete with his former classmate once again, Frank created a kind of costume, registered as a hero, and set out to show up his former rival. After a few successful operations as a hero he failed to rescue a young girl forcing him to realize this wasn't a game.
After several months of reflection he is back to the competition, this time it isn't against Manticore, its against all who would do harm to others.
