Character Bio

Dual Cut was born James Michael Andrews to a rather poor family. His mother was a single parent who gave him all the love she could. His life changed when she was taken away to a psychological care facility after being declared mentally unfit. He never saw her again. As he grew up his demeanor changed from a nice little boy to something else.

A selfish little deviant who joined up with the Mercy Rogues as a teenager and made a names for himself as a sneaky little thief. He worked his way up to become a fairly well-respected member. Making the occasional mistake which usually cost the gang a lot meant he never got the top spot and was often shunned by the group, leaving him to do things solo. Their rivalry with The Skull Kings meant that he often got a lot of surveillance jobs, spying on their rivals so they could steal their shipments.

One of the few surviving members of the old gang, still wears his fang necklace with pride.
