Character Bio

Once a loyal Law Enforcement Agent in Paragon City for over two decades, Scrat got fed up getting dumped on by the all the politics and bureaucracy. He quit and after buying a timeshare in St. Martial from some dodgy Scottish travel agent he joined the ranks of Arachnos. The pay check was higher and he could shoot first and ask questions if he felt like it. Most important - no sodding paperwork!
