Character Bio

Oxana Radulescu has few recollections of Bucharest. At age 3, precious time spent playing with her father. At age 4, hastily whisked into the bedroom by her mother each time the men in black suits visited. And at age 5... chaotic, disjointed scraps from a fateful day. (Raised voices. Gunshots. Screams. Splintering wood and crashing metal. Smoke. An unholy SHRIEK that seemed to come from everywhere. A wall of flame. A small explosion. Her mother, yelling her name. A wordless scream from her own that became a howling wind. Terrible, bone-numbing cold. Darkness.) Oxana has no memories between that day and her arrival at a Paragon City orphanage. There is no immigration record, and files recovered after Ceauşescu's fall confirm only that her parents were killed in a "household accident". Sister Psyche herself has tried and failed to find a clue within Oxana's mind. But Oxi remains cheerful. "Clearly, I am not meant to remember my past," She notes, "so there is little point in dwelling upon it."
