You see, growing up in the Row, there are problems. Gang problems. Like when my
big bro joined up with the Skulls, dealing some 'dyne. That just ain't funky, and I
told
him so. What happens? Next thing I know, some big bad guys in skull masks jump
me and put me in the hospital.

Now, I've always believed in the essential grooviness of the universe, the force known
as Funk. While I was in the hospital, I found out that there was this Kheldian,
Blll'an'zrth, who believed in it too. So, we talked about it, decided everything that
wasn't copascetic should be made to be so, and here we are... bringing back the Funk
to Paragon City, me and Bill.
