The sole occupant of a space capsule found orbiting Venus. The capsule defied analysis, formed of a strange nonmetallic material that was stronger than impervium and shed the sun's radiation as if protected by some strange field.

When the capsule was brought on board the IVS Resolute, and exposed to atmosphere, it... melted away, revealing a gelatinous glob of the same mass as a small human. The purple glob quickly reformed into a bipedal humanoid, and proclaimed "Self has been rescued. Thank you."

Q'ixii's biology is so far removed from humans as to defy analysis. Shi is genderless, but also able to take on gender traits from those who surround hir. Shi has no DNA, but hir biological matter contains protein structures in fractalised tetraheliods that seem to behave similarly.

((OOC)) Q'ixii's antennae are extremely sensitive psionic receptors, that allow hir to tell hir fellow Q'ixii apart in whatever form they may take. Shi cannot read thoughts, but instead can 'recognize' brainwaves.
