Character Bio

In the final days of the Rikti War, the entity now known as BattleStar was assigned to a Marine rifle company responsible for conducting combat patrols in and around Steel Canyon. During one of these patrols, BattleStar became separated from his squad during a fire fight with a unit of Rikti gunners. At the peak of the fighting, an unknown hero appeared and crippled all of the gunners, allowing the Marines to deliver the final blows. The hero, however, was struck down by one of the falling gunners. While attempting to resuscitate the fallen hero, BattleStar was struck by a black fire explosion as the material form of the hero collapsed upon itself. BattleStar was rendered unconscious and comatose due to the blast, which also engulfed the remaining members of his squad. When search teams discovered the battle site, only BattleStar was found alive. Only recently awakening from his coma, and suffering from amnesia, BattleStar re-enters the city streets that he does not remember.
