Character Bio

Kitty McPherson was a born-and-raised Scottish country girl, never having seen a true city. Because of this, she decided that when she was 18, she would go to college in America. She applied for Paragon University, hearing that it was called the "City of Heroes". She herself had powers that set her aside from the rest, but she kept it a secret from everyone, even her family.

On her way to her dorm from a frat party one night, Kitty decided to take a shortcut through an alleyway, not knowing that it isn't safe. She was jumped by a couple of Hellions, pointing guns at her and even torches, telling her to hand over all money and jewelry she had. Without knowing it, she lifted all of them off the ground, immobolizing them, then drained them of their energy and transferred it to her, leaving them unconscious for the cops. Stunned, she stood there, watching them, then ran.

After the encounter, Kitty decided it was time to open up about her powers, and use them to help others in the world.
