Sam Wisely was always a wiz at physics. If fact he was such a genius everything bored him. While working at the Dawton Nuclear Reactor, he stole a few spent rods. Just enough to create a powerful neutrino emitter. Sometimes bordem takes you to new levels. Like using the emitter on himself. Well isn't that just the thing? Do you know that the human body exposed to neutrinos in a high concentration causes major side effects? Like DNA mutation to the highest degree? To add to that , he used the rest of the spent rods to create a proton accelerator to manipulate the metal on an Enforcer Armoured Uniform to withstand multiple forms of radiation. He had to. The fibers on the cloths he wore would breakdown in a matter of minutes and he would be let standing buck naked. In fact that is why he is so bitter.
