Despite her young age, this girl has a double doctorate in physics and biology. The special government sector for transverse energies and biomechanics called TEBIOMECH scooped her up right as she was finishing her physics doctorate. Developing what is known as "Wetline Nanotechnology". Where nanomachines are wetwired into the body's life force meridians to manipulate and transform the body's energies. The plan was to use it as a weapon. Well Sarah didn't like what was going on, so she destroyed all the research and escaped when her life was threatened. Hiding for months she contacted her old childhood friend and started up a secret lab in his basement. Since all the research was fresh in her mind she created a mental kinetic wetwire and implanted it in herself. Her childhood friend is the hero know as "Arco Stratus". Need I say more?
