Character Bio

Real Name: Dr. David Kellar A subatomic partical scientist that was blinded in a scuffle with an enemy agent from a rival scientific lab. So intent to find a cure for his blindness, that he subjected himself to experimental partical waves that unlocked areas of brain. This allowed him the ablility to project ultrasonic waves and resolve the environment around him so he could see. With further experimentation he found he could manipulate the particles in the matter around him and accelerate them to incredible speeds as he had done with the cyclotron in his lab. However, he was unable to reproduce the experiment that gave him "sight". Over the years he fell into great depression knowing he could not help the children in the "Center For The Blind". One child whom he had become fond of was killed in the great war that came. It was then he vowed to protect Paragon City.
