Character Bio

Trecla Bene from the ice world of Cre was a well known ambassador of the CreEmbassy on Earth. When his home world was devistated by the Rikti to use as an outpost he "volunteered" to fight. Having the natural ability to manipulate ice was found to be a great asset to Paragon City. The suit that he wears does not give him the power to do this but instead keeps his temperature down to 5 degrees Kalvin. If this suit were to fail, he would turn into a gaseous state and parish.
