When Willaim was a little boy he was always a trouble maker. A daydreamer with a big imagination. When he was 4 years old he wanted to play "Invisible Man" so he got into hes Mom's vanishing cream and slathered it all over his bare body. While pretending to sneak around invisible he tried go into the bathroom while his 10 yr old sister was having a bath. She freaked out and jumped out of the bath grabbed the nearest item and threw it at the door. Well the item happened to be Dad's "Ultra Mach 10" shaving lotion. The glass bottle shattered against the door frame and all over William, especially his eyes. William seemed fine but Dad was very angry. Both William and his sister were grounded for a month. When William reached the age of 12 he realized that he could see through items. He also discovered he could create optical illusions at 16. In his early 20s he performed on stage under the name of "Optico the Fantastic". You will always see him with a smile on his face.
