Character Bio

Atremis, named after the Greek goddess, was born in the Amazon Capital City of Themiscyra located on the plane of the Greek gods and goddesses. The Amazon’s have always been a proud race of women and when Arachnos threatened to invade their sacred home looking for great power, a war began.

Otrere, Queen of the Amazon’s, fought back the forces of Arachnos but deemed it necessary to send an Amazonian Champion to Earth and confront the evil face to face. A set of trials was held, each testing the strength and will of the Amazon women until finally a champion was decided.

Artemis accepted her role dutifully as Themiscyra’s defender and was given the mystical sword of the goddess Artemis to aid her. The sword grants the woman amazing godlike strength and stamina while also giving her the ability to regenerate and heal from any wound quickly.
