Character Bio

Natalya Romanova was the daughter of the renowned superhuman geneticists Dr. Ivan Romanova and Lieutenant in the KGB. The good doctor was tasked with creating a Super Soldier serum in hopes of using it against America during the Cold War.

As the war was nearing an end, however, General Dmitri Zukovsky, head of the ?Super Soviet Program? sought to spark the international incident. Zukovsky murdered Dr. Romonova and took the serum himself, becoming ?Red Riot?.

Natalya sought revenge against the general and took the test serum as well, transforming herself into ?Soviette?. The 20 year old woman managed to stop his nuclear strike against America but was incapacitated by Red Riot when he threw her into a vat of freezing liquid, putting her into an immediate state of cryo-stasis.

Eighteen years passed before Natalya would see the light of day again. The recent Rikti attacks activated her forgotten stasis chamber, freeing her from her hibernation.
