However, the arch-villian King Sinister whom Captain Starlight and Co. had apprehended was placed on parole. For revenge King Sinister hunted down and killed Starlight's entire team. Only Captain Starlight survived. But seeing his team decimated triggered a change. No longer would he be known as the caring and compassionate hero that he once was. No longer would he put his faith in the justice system. From now on, HE would be the Justice System! From now on he would be known as King Justice . . . Let Justice Reign!!!
