Character Bio

Sixteen-year-old Chloe Jordan was just the rebel daughter of Maxwell Jordan, one of the richest man of the West Coast, founder and CEO of Jordan Enterprises. But her life changed the day a group of Freakshow assaulted her house trying to get from her father the plans of a secret device his company was realizing for Hero Corps. When Maxwell refused to collaborate, the Freakshow blew up Jordan mansion, causing the death of Chloe's parents and younger brother. Chloe survived thanks to her till then latent mutant electric powers, which saved her from certain death. Following the trails of the Freakshow, Chloe has come to Paragon City, determined to discover the mind behind the assassination of her family and finally have her revenge.
