No-one recalls his true name, a John Doe on the citical list taken in by the Carnival of Light and transformed inot a strongman as a last gasp measure to preserve his life. Fleeing from the Preatorian threat an enclave of the CoL made it to Paragon. A strong silent type, he doesn't talk much, but when he does you would be wise to listen.
