Character Bio

After Sebastions withdrawl at the request of the Dawn Patrol, the government cast a new net for a Global Heroics representative. Tracing his routes back to the days of Agincourt, the technology focused Peter has taken on the mantle of the new Mr England. He hopes to serve the citizens of Paragon well, and represents his nation at the highest levels in Superpowered circles. The recurring Rikti threat, has left the Dawn Patrol perplexed. Peter has a secondary objective to do everything in his power to find out all he can about the Omega Team, as the Phalanx has been less than 100% open in thier recent dealings.
