Character Bio

Colonel Rhys Stephens was an experimental test pilot, one of the best. He was always determined to go faster and farther than all the others. One fateful day in September of 1961, he was given the job of testing the XG-17, an ultra-high altitude spy plane. The test went as planned for three hours, then he reported a brilliant glittering white light... and disappeared. No wreckage was found. He was reported killed in action and his family tried to move on.

Forty-eight years later, he re-appeared in Paragon City. Reluctant to talk about the missing years, he has implied that he's travelled vast distances and seen extraordinary things.
