Takeshi Hiwamoto always wanted to be a famous inventor. Unfortunately he never had the mind for creativity.

However, he was found to be a brilliant tinkerer, excelling in upgrading and improving others work. Also a savvy tech thief, Takeshi has stolen and modified equipment and software from many a company to construct his own hyper-cooling battle armour to continue his quest to (by his own hand) better the best gadgets out there.
