After failing in many attempts to enslave the minds of Paragon City with my many schemes, I was finally captured and incarcerated in the Zig. Now thanks to Arachnos I have escaped to the Rogue Isles, where Arachnos have agreed to fund my research into my latest idea, a 'Mind Training' computer game that will slowly turn the citizens of Paragon to support Lord Recluse.
