Character Bio

Three years ago, Roy Emerson was, by all accounts, a very average employee of Crey Industries - he worked in Research & Development somewhere in the region now known colloqiually as 'Crey's Folly'. Although Crey managed to evacuate most of its rank and file personnel and replace them with specialized agents, Roy was somehow overlooked and was caught in an explosion that destroyed one of Crey's labs there. No one is certain what was being studied there as all records were (according to Crey) destroyed in the explosion. The heroes who responded to the scene reported rescuing Roy and helping him from the wreckage, but then the mild-mannered scientist vanished without a trace.

Months later, Roy appeared on the doorstep of Freedom Corps, delirious and barely conscious, disrupting the matter matrix of anything that he touched. No one is sure how much of his previous life Flux recalls, but he has been arresting a rather large number of Crey officials lately...
