Character Bio

"Freak". A word that this taciturn giant knows well in a dozen languages across the many countries visited in his travels, searching for a place to belong. It was one of the so-called Freedom Phalanx who showed him the error of his ways: tracking him down based on reports of a 'monster' from local tipsters, the overeager 'hero' attacked him in his sleep and forever cost him sight in one eye.

The surviving hero, half-mad from the desperate psychic blasts of his quarry, said his opponent reached into his very soul and so coined the name Soulscryer, a name the giant has carefully built up over the years.

Though born with the horns and hooven feet of a beast, Soulscryer was not entirely betrayed by nature - his psychic talents are unusually subtle, made moreso by years of practice.

Now, operating out of an old castle he gathers his forces, using his gifts to inspire devotion in his followers no amount of reason could hope to shake. Soon, the world will tremble before the might of Fiat Lux.
