It all started one fateful Monday afternoon: a Fire/Fire Tanker bent on 'PLing' dragged a horde of angry Freakshow through the streets near Bob's apartment.

Now, Bob had quietly slipped out of one of the many hell dimensions which parallel our own, taking advantage of the chaos of the Rikti War, and was quietly working construction downtown to pay the rent on a dump of an apartment on the east side.

The Freakshow, desperate to escape becoming an exploit fuelling the leveling of an idiot, clawed at the walls trying escape their tormentor, tearing up the cables to the apartment's television system moments before the championship football game was to begin.

Filled with righteous indignation, Demon Bob lifted his enchanted axe from the mantle (between the beer cans and the bowling trophy) and set to the streets, determined to show these fools how a true master of fire handles himself, and just maybe get someone to install some new cable at his place.
