What little hard information is known about Trent Worthington, code name Twisted Topaz, suggests a callous and calculating mind combined with considerable magical power. A member of the mysterious Shattered Jewels Society, Worthington is credited with planning some of the group's most daring capers to date. Though he cannot match such threats as Black Amethyst in terms of sheer power, Twisted Topaz more than makes up for it in ruthlessness and precision. Twisted Topaz is often found in the company of Black Amethyst, the vicious mercenary who founded the Society, and seems to serve as her primary lieutenant within the organization. He has a knack for uncovering spies and has thus far protected the true agenda of the Society with a merciless determination.
