Character Bio

No one knows the true name of the formiddable sorceress who has become known as Mad Maudlin, least of all herself. Found wandering the blasted wastelands in the aftermath of one of the most brutal Rikti attacks, Mad Maudlin commands fearsome and terrifying forces in defense of the innocent.

While she has her more lucid moments, officials at MAGI have warned Paragon City's heroes to avoid provoking her unduly - how much of her mind still remains after whatever trauma befell her during the war is still open to debate - that is, assuming she is such a survivor at all.

Some at MAGI have speculated that she may in fact be the legendary Mad Maudlin of the old bedlam ballads.... but however mysterious her motives and origins might be, her actions speak for themselves. Experts have suggested that Maud's madness may even be an asset in the control of the dark netherforces she wields.
