The most insidious of villains, Dr. Thomas Quarterfield infiltrated Paragon City's scientific community years ago and specializes in manipulating heroes into performing tasks too repetitive or hazardous to bother with himself. This not only keeps heroes busy while he conducts his experiments, but provides him a source of continual amusment in the process.
