Character Bio

Victor Deflagrate always knew he was different. It started with sparks flying on his fingertips and lighting cigarettes without a match, little things he discovered on his own, things he easily concealed as a child.

As Victor grew older, however, he grew more and more angry at the world, at his life, at everything. He burned down two schools and three orphanages before the system decided he was too dangerous and made arrangements to send him to The Zig for the good of everyone.

Taken by surprise and overwhelmed, Victor was transported to a fireproof cell and more or less ignored for the next few years - his powers combined with his attitude kept anyone from spending any more time than absolutely necessary with him.

When Arachnos struck the jail only a few months later, Victor was more than ready to say anything that got him out of that cell. Maybe he really is Destined for something, maybe not, but there'll be plenty of things to burn down along the way.
