You know where you are, son? This is the Rogue Isles. I don't know how they run things back in Paragon City and I don't much care. Here, Lord Recluse's word is law. And me? I'm the long arm of that law. You don't want to cross me. We take down the targets the Arbiters give us, but we are the best, and the best are afforded a certain... discretion.  

You need me to spell it out for you? How's this: cross me or my team, and not only will they never find your body - they won't even look. Sure, maybe I could go freelance and set myself up as a two-bit villain in Paragon City or in one of those crazy alternate worlds those Portal Corps boys always seem to be muckin' around in, but why would I when I've got all the power and respect I need right here?
