Character Bio

Invidia von Meer comes from an old family in what is now the Rogue Isles. The von Meers worked closely with The Weaver in the early days of Arachnos before the rise of Lord Recluse and, unlike other, less circumspect families, have maintained positions of power within the new regime.  This does not, however, mean that they accept Recluse's leadership.

Invidia herself is the culmination of a century's worth of scheming, a highly placed operative within Arachnos with access to the most fearsome skills of Night Widows and Fortunatas.  By studying the several disciplines of mysticism available to Arachnos, Invidia has gained the unique ability not only to foresee the future but also to cloud the visions of others.

She intends to use this gift, along with her own formiddable martial skills, to mastermind a coup of the Rogue Isles. Soon, very soon now, the old families will retake their rightful place in command of these Isles, with Invidia at the lead.
