Character Bio

Dr. Simon Venn was the head of a Crey program known as Project Psykon: an attempt to create a wearable psionic amplifier that could turn someone with too little power to move so much as a penny into a mentalist capable of rivaling even the Clockwork King. But when Venn learned the true purpose of Project Psykon, he rebelled against the corporation's mad schemes. Using the prototype amplifier suit to wipe all traces of the project from the minds of Crey's employees, Simon Venn fled into the night with it. Now, he defends Paragon City as the hero Psykon.
