Character Bio

William "Billy" Darrow is one of Paragon City's hardest-working public defenders, practicing law by day and fighting crime in his off hours.  Billy's uncanny archery skill and canny inventive ingenuity have made him a force to be respected among the heroes of Paragon City.  While he has no illusions that his power will rival titans like Statesman, it is enough for Billy that he makes some real difference on the streets of his home.

As a public defender, Billy more than once defends the very people he helps to arrest, but has made a name for himself finding ways to effect real change in the lives of the bottom-tier gangsters who all too often feel trapped in a life of crime.  

Billy was honored to join the ranks of the Freedom Leaders, and hopes that the group of 'lesser' heroes will serve as an inspiration to the ordinary citizens of Paragon City.
