Character Bio

Nobody is quite sure where Electrocosmic's powers came from. From what he has said, he worked in one band or another as an electrical technician for years. He tells stories of serious partying and trips to Tibet to learn from ancient gurus. He has worked behind the scenes at a lot of clubs in Paragon City, even working for a while backstage at Pocket D. How any of this has much to do with his electrical abilities remains unclear. It's cool, baby....
