Character Bio

He was just a kid when the Rikti invaded. A kid with a knack for tinkering with machinery. One of the transports which Statesman destroyed early in the battle fell near the shelter he was in, and during a lull in the fighting the kid poked around a bit in the wreckage. He didn't understand all of the equipment he found, but he managed to figure out how to fit some of it together into some pretty impressive gear over the next year or two. He managed to convince some of the agencies less than happy with his tinkering with Rikti tech to let him work for them in his civilian identity analyzing and experimenting with captured equipment.
