Character Bio

Professor Peter Williamson crowing achievement was a device capable of drawing limitless hypothermic energy from "The Veil". The Veil is a barrier between our third dimension, and the surrounding existing dimensions.

During one of his early experiments he came in contact with an "other-worldly" being which he eventually named Servantos, and during his brief exposure to this being within our dimension Prof. Williamson became aware of it's ability to manipulate ambient energy which he came to call "Phantasmic Emission".

Although the entity's existance upon our realm is brief it formed a bond with Prof. Williamson allowing him access to some of it's powers when needed. Now with the ability to control "Phantasmic Emission", and manipulate thermal conditions to sub-zero levels. Professor Williamson dons the heroic moniker of Doc Phantasm!
