Character Bio

The product of mixing magic and science, this animated statue is the remains of an ancient gargoyle statue given some semblance of "life." Being a creature of stone and steel, she is entirely devoid of emotions: compassion, understanding, fear and hate are all unknown to her. The forces that drive her on are the directives that are essential parts of her programming--protect, serve, aid the strong, defend the weak--all hallmarks of the original purpose for which she was first hewn from stone.

Her strict adhereance to her programming and directives gives her the illusion of the same dogged determination possessed only by the most dedicated of soldiers--follow orders, finish the mission, minimize casualties, defend civilians. Her utter lack of emotion also gives her the quality of limitless patience--she will not, however, abide outside, unnecessary delays once she has been given a directive, stoping at nothing until the job is done, with only the barest sense of self-preservation.
