Character Bio

William "Bill" Finger was a note worthy graphic novel writer and creator of the comic book super hero 'Blue Lamplight'. The science contact of Atlas Park fame, Jonathan St. John Smythe, is a self admitted #1 fan of Bill Fingers works.

Jonathan secretly recruited Bill to field test a new energy suit powered by the wears hope. Knowing full well that Bill had always been able to see a glimmer of hope even at the hardest times in his life.

Jonathan chose well. Bill now leads the charge into battle giving hope to the citizens of Paragon City and his teammates as 'Fortification'.


Bill uses his real life adventures as Fortification as the inspiration for new story lines in his graphic novels of 'Blue Lamplight'.
