Character Bio

(( RPer )) Dr. Moira Stern hails from an alternate Earth, where several of the world's conflicts went differently from this one's. Most notably, in her world, the Third Reich never fell. One by one, the nations of Europe and Asia fell to the might of the Fuhrer's forces, until finally they crossed the ocean, and invaded the CSA. Dr. Stern was working on Project Bolthole, located inside the Dark Plateau research facility deep under the Nevada desert. Bolthole was to be the Americans' last hope: A means of escape to other, hopefully better worlds, should the worst happen... unfortunately for them, it happened before the project was ready. As SS Commandos invaded the base, slaughtering all resistance in their path, Dr. Stern activated Bolthole, diving through the ring portal's event horizon a scant second ahead of death, arriving in Paragon City. Now, she uses her psyker abilities to fight crime, hoping to find allies to help her one day retake her homeworld from the Reich's forces. (Note: Brit/Welsh accent)
